All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by 365 Master Tech or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed work will be transferred to you as specified in your service agreement, subject to our retention of rights to use work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 365 Master Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• Our services are free of viruses or other harmful components

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will immediately cease
• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We may delete your account and data

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 365 Master Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
